MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to Leaders, department employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.
- Agenda Management: Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the 3 directors.
- Travel arrangements
- Expenses reports
- Headcount
- Organización Chart
- Finance Task
- Decks for Meetings
- Legal Contract registration
- Planning and coordination for department events.
- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Advance English
- Must be able to multitask
- Ability to plan & organize
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Must be detail oriented
