Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is a fast-growing international organization operating in dynamic, highly seasonal industries such as sports, apparel and performance gear. We are looking for a strategic, analytical and transformational EU Operations Director to lead end-to-end operational performance across Europe.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing the full product flow across EMEA — from vendor pickup to final customer delivery — ensuring service excellence, cost control and continuous improvement across all logistics processes. The EU Operations Director will lead all European logistics operations (NL, UK, FR), managing inbound transportation, customs, 3PL performance, outbound distribution and reverse logistics.
