This freelance position is responsible for overseeing the execution of brand activations for a large-scale motor-racing event in Madrid. The role ensures end‑to‑end management of the workstream including deliverables management, seamless onsite production from setup through breakdown, while maintaining high production standards, brand alignment, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Own the workstream for sponsor activations.
- Build and maintain detailed production timelines, decision‑making trackers, budget trackers, and other required documentation to ensure transparency and accountability across stakeholders.
