SPH (Valiant) Operator - Kericho

The SPH Operator is responsible for operating the SPH (Self Propelled Harvester) machine to harvest tea in accordance with the Company's harvesting and quality standards. The role ensures efficient harvesting operations by maintaining the recommended creep height, harvesting rounds, and green leaf quality while supporting the coordination of assigned SPH activities. The Operator will conduct daily pre-start inspections, basic fault diagnosis, and routine machine checks in liaison with SPH Mechanics, accurately complete handover and takeover before and after each shift and promptly report any defects to facilitate preventive maintenance. The role also supports related field operations in line with Company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
