Speech Language Pathologist – Opportunities in Saskatchewan
Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) work in hospital and clinical settings throughout the province with the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) as part of a multidisciplinary health‑care team to provide the best patient care, which may include working with Speech Language Pathology Assistants.
SLPs work in shifts to provide health‑care coverage based on the needs of the facility or clinic, including days and weekends. Opportunities to grow as an SLP include taking advanced courses to work in specialized areas such as pediatrics and pursuing management and leadership positions.
Summit Sports and Health, a private multidisciplinary health clinic in Saskatoon with locations in the Broadway and Riversdale districts, is looking to add a Speech‑Language Pathologist to their integrated team. This is an opportunity to be the first SLP at the clinic.
