Specifications Coordinator (SpecCo)

Location: North York, ON (Hybrid – minimum 2 days onsite)

Schedule: 35 hours/week | Monday to Friday

Duration: Up to 2-year contract with possible extension of 1 additional year

We are currently recruiting for up to two (2) Specifications Coordinator contract opportunities within a large-scale Engineering, Construction & Expansion environment supporting major transit infrastructure and capital projects in the GTA.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience coordinating construction documentation, technical specifications, project manuals, and bidding packages within engineering, architectural, construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure environments.
