Essential Duties and responsibilities
Support the workflow process to create, update, and maintain HLF product specifications within the company-wide specification system. Specifications include raw materials, ingredients, packaging, work-in-progress, finished goods, and trade or sales specifications. Manage assigned projects with a high degree of focus and urgency, aligned with company and departmental priorities. Ensure specifications are consistent and compliant with internal procedures and regulatory expectations. Support the innovation process by participating on new product development and product optimization teams as the specification function representative. Identify and escalate challenges, data gaps, or inconsistencies by initiating and coordinating investigations with Product Management or Product Owners.
