As a Treatment Counsellor, you’ll provide personalized, outcome-driven support in a transitional treatment home setting. Your focus will be on promoting health, addressing daily living needs, and implementing effective behavior support strategies as part of a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement trauma-informed care and harm reduction practices
• Assist clients with personal hygiene and daily activities
• Monitor health and behavior changes, reporting as necessary
• Collect and analyze treatment-related data
• Facilitate access to community resources and appointments
Requirements:
• Degree in Developmental Services, Behavioral Science, or related
• Crisis intervention training and relevant experience
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
