Conduct Innovation and Idea Generation workshops with Internal & External stakeholders (suppliers) for Cost Down ideas. Visit suppliers (global locations) to analyze their manufacturing process/materials/tooling costs. Benchmarking of Competitor products and propose feasible cost saving ideas. Gain approvals for Engineering change requests, establish Business cases, revise project plans and report status to VMT Team. <...
