What you will be doing:

• Be the primary technician to configure our software suite to meet client requirements.
• Participate in discovery sessions to define and understand technical requirements.
• Configure the software suite using workflow and business rules to enable clients to conduct their business processes.
• Serve as a customer advocate and facilitate communication with internal departments; collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, Quality Assurance, Technical Support Analysts, and other Implementation Specialists.
