Primary Duties and Responsibilities
A Remote Support Specialist (RSS) is a unique position dedicated to supporting Trane Digital Services and Connected Mechanical customers. The RSS utilizes Trane Connect and Command Center to enable/map/tune equipment analytics, view remote diagnostics, perform remote Digital Inspections, and capture follow‑up items/details in the Trane Connect platform.
