The Opportunity
As part of Sonnet’s Customer Experience team, you will design and optimize mobile‑first digital experiences across sonnet.ca and email channels. Working closely with cross‑functional partners, you’ll support website enhancements, A/B testing, landing page creation, and accessibility‑focused solutions that improve the customer experience and support business goals.
What To Expect
- As a key part of Sonnet’s Customer Experience team, you’ll be an active contributor in the creation of innovative, mobile‑first designs for sonnet.ca and email marketing, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
