Testing Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery of testing activities in collaboration with Senior Specialist Testing Support, subject matter experts, and validation managers.
• Perform test plan authoring, test execution, defect management, pre‑execution, and post‑execution activities.
• Create, monitor, and maintain test plans, test runs, test discrepancies, and documentation.
• Support the Head of Testing Support and Senior Specialist Testing Support with the team’s operational strategy, continuity plan, and team engagement.

Qualifications

You should have at least 1 to 2 years of hands‑on experience in software testing, with a solid understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and approaches. You should possess a deep understanding of the testing process as well as familiarity with the shared service landscape.
