As part of the Talent & Leadership Development Department within the People & Organization Division at Jazz, this role is an individual contributor with no people management responsibilities, reporting directly to the Stream Head Talent Acquisition.

What does Specialist Talent Acquisition do?

• Hire talent that is agile and a cultural fit from sourcing to offer closure with special focus on gender diversity in Commercial, Sales, Corporate, Digital, and technical roles.
• Ensure a smooth candidate and line manager experience aligned with Jazz's Values, Culture and the Talent policy.
