Specialist, EMC Test Designer (L3)

Shift: 9/80 As a member of the EMI team within the Integrated Mission Systems Segment, the role is responsible for development of test procedures and associated documentation, and for execution of EMI testing in-house and at external labs. The Specialist serves as a technical resource for other departments, providing understanding of test requirements and impacts of testing. Responsibilities

Proactively manage assigned projects, generate timely and quality outputs, and work with associated parties to meet delivery schedule. Conduct EMI testing at internal test facilities; work with outside test facilities to complete L3Harris Wescam EMI testing. Generate formal qualification test reports for internal and external testing. Generate EMI-centered test plans and procedures; develop EMI control plans as part of the new product development process (as required).
