Overview
The System Development & Process Improvement Specialist supports the organization’s digital transformation by designing, developing, and improving business processes through low‑code solutions and automation. The role combines hands‑on system development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Copilot) with strong process analysis and design capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes, identify pain points, and design optimized end‑to‑end process improvements.
- Design, develop, and maintain low‑code/no‑code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Copilot).
- Translate business requirements into functional designs, process flows, and system specifications.
