What You’ll Be Doing
The Special Arrangements Agent is accountable for the vetting and resolution of complex Large Corporate and Mid‑Market customer requests related to special payment arrangements, often containing non‑standard documentation, while upholding compliance to internal controls and Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
