Role Purpose/Business Unit
The Specialist: Solution Architecture will design and lead the implementation of products and services within the CRM and Provisioning domain, aligning with the company’s digital vision and target architectures. The role focuses on technical analysis, holistic solution design, and the development of technical stories that adhere to architecture principles, patterns, and quality standards. It involves vendor collaboration, reviewing design proposals, and ensuring technical excellence across the delivery team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Together with the Senior Specialist Solution Architect, translate the overall digital vision and target architecture into corresponding solution designs and change requirements for CRM, Order Management and Provisioning core stack systems: ICAP, SRM, Porting Engine, CIM, EIM, SCP.
