Support with monthly status and performance reports for OFR based on the status of the quotes and related to the operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Looking for a professional with a strong interest in developing leadership attributes and skills
- Expertise in quoting process and fast learning; this person will need to know the step‑by‑step of all scopes that we have in OFR – eventually cross‑utilization with AFR
- Serve as the right hand of the team lead to ensure good operation and relationship with the business partners
- Perform quality checks on the performance of the team
- Support the team on questions and escalations
- Conduct periodical calls with business partners
