- Obtain needs in the field to create and update skills processes with people in the
field.
- Administrate Abbvie Learning platforms (ALC, Abbvie Campus) and training
innovative tools.
- Generate continuous training reports.
- Works within AbbVie's business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and
regulations.
- Administration and tracking of AbbVie training platforms (ALC, Abbvie Campus),
including uploading of on-line courses for all affiliate and sales force tracking.
