As a Sales CRM Controller & Process Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for users and corporate teams (Sales, IT, and others) on all CRM topics related to sales processes. You will work closely with sales teams and system users to ensure process adherence, data quality, and operational efficiency. Acting as the link between business needs and technical solutions, you will maintain master data integrity, enforce corporate sales process standards, and proactively push automation initiatives that enhance sales performance across the organization.
We are looking for a professional with hands‑on experience in CRM‑enabled sales operations and process controlling, ideally within a B2B environment. Strong communication skills, a results‑oriented and analytical mindset, and technical proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Automate or comparable workflow tools, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel are essential to succeed in this role.
