What the Role Entails
- Act as single point of contact with the client, assign deliverables, develop proposal outline, schedule and facilitate kickoff calls, ensure RFP compliance, perform final polish, manage post‑bid clarifications, build proposal presentation PowerPoints, and coordinate from bid/no‑bid review to contract execution.
- Lead the end‑to‑end proposal development process, serving as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and clients.
- Strategically plan and manage proposal timelines, kickoff meetings, content development, and review cycles.
- Author and refine high‑impact proposal content including executive summaries, technical narratives, project profiles, and resumes; mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with estimating, operations, and business development teams to craft tailored win themes and value propositions.
