**Responsibilities**:
- Develop strong sourcing capabilities within the company in NA that support the organization in delivering successful logistics services regionally.
- Maintain connections with key internal stakeholders to understand demand and future trends in their needs.
- Support the development of regional category strategies for their categories to ensure targets are met, with the lowest life cycle costs.
- Implement strategies within the portfolio, driving results and achieving strategic objectives.-
- Provide continuous and impactful communication to stakeholders. Be the advocate for regional spend.
- Negotiate framework agreements with suppliers.
- Negotiate and resolve supplier performance issues and negotiate claims, when necessary.
