Your Key Responsibilities

• Receive orders, check against contracts, create and book orders
• Book sales orders based on purchase orders received from customers/sales representatives
• Coordinate price differences, missing information, and material discrepancies with internal Sales
• Check references to quotations or contracts
• Change orders and update quantity contracts (customer-driven)
• Maintain and implement changes in schedule agreements aligned with end customers, e.g., Quantity increase/decrease, Postponement, Delivery date changes
• Handle delivery blocks
