Key Accountabilities
Client Stakeholder Relationships
- Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with client recruiters and client team managers.
Internal Stakeholder Relationships
- Conduct video interviews for niche and high-volume positions to evaluate fit for role and make final hiring decision.
- Collaborate effectively with Administration teams to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience.
