About this RoleRole purposeAccountable for owning the implementation of the cloud platform strategy in support of both transformational and operational capabilities to meet business needs. Works closely with support teams and architecture to effectively execute impact assessments for any changes and serve as an escalation point of contact for any significant incidents or root cause analysis investigations.
