The Opportunity

As a Specialist, Integrated Management System, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of WSP Canada’s HSSEQ management system documentation and assurance processes, helping teams apply requirements consistently across sectors, projects, and business practices.

Your Impact

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Corporate HSSEQ Management System documentation to support effective implementation and programme performance.
• Maintain alignment and traceability between HSSEQ requirements, sector documentation, project delivery requirements, and related corporate policies, procedures, programmes, and tools.
• Guide project managers and directors on the application of HSSEQ requirements within project delivery, including HSSEQ‑related updates to OurWay in WSP Canada.
