The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Specialist will work with internal teams to maximize the HRIS system’s capacity, optimize processes, and provide user training. They will propose changes or new processes to ensure data accuracy and validity, and serve as a resource person for the HRIS Analyst.

- Work to resolve HR‑related system issues and inform users of causes and solutions.
- Monitor new features to identify opportunities for system optimization.
