Specialist HR Coordinator (Barcelona)

Responsibilities

• Delivering flawless HR admin and compliance (50%)
  • Handling the admin side of the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, payroll, meal vouchers, absences, and the full set.
  • Owning HR compliance: managing disciplinary procedures and creating and keeping our internal policies up to date (salary registry, anti‑harassment protocol, IT policies...).
• Running improvement projects (30%)
