Job Summary

The Specialist, Global Sales Support plays a critical role supporting the Manager, Global Sales and the outside sales teams, enabling sales, inventory control and managing attrition.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Global Agents and NA reps to convert opportunities into sold trips.
• Proactively monitor and release spaces held without deposit when needed.
• Manage agent and rep guest cancellations, moves and space replacements.
• Provide CRM support and training for NA rep team.
• Assist finance with agent and rep commissions and statements.
• Support the Manager, Global Sales with administrative tasks.
• Support sales management to drive improvement projects forward.
