· Oversee daily F&A operations (AP, AR, GL, Reconciliation, Month-end close)
· 5–8+ years of F&A experience with 1–3 years in team handling
· Ensure SLA/KPI adherence (TAT, accuracy, productivity)
· Review transactions, reconciliations, and financial reports for accuracy & compliance
· Drive timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures
· Lead, coach, and manage a team of analysts/executives
