Your Opportunity This position reports to the Manager, Workforce Application & System Solutions and will participate and lead activities for staff scheduling applications including Infor Workforce Management (WFM), Automated Shift Callout (ASC), PeopleSoft (e-People), ServiceNow, ServiceHub and associated applications’ business capabilities. Our ideal candidate has a proven track in working with a high degree of independence, working in a dynamic environment, leveraging their analytical, research, problem solving and critical thinking skills to ensure the required outcomes and resolutions are achieved within established timelines. Please note: Travel is required, and may include the use of a personal vehicle. A standard driver s abstract may also be required for use of corporate lease vehicles.
