Overview

The Contract Commercial Support Specialist (Fixed‑Term, 9‑month) supports the contract management team by handling accurate contract data entry, managing global orders, tracking case statuses, and addressing escalations. The role ensures timely order processing, compliance with SLAs, and documentation for audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract data entry into CPQ deals.
• Manage all global orders—new, amended, and renewal—including complex, strategic accounts.
• Track case status to ensure smooth transaction processing from deal creation to fulfillment and invoicing.
• Monitor escalations from Sales, Client Services, and other stakeholders; gather response and clarity to resolve cases promptly.
