What this job involves: The Specialist – Bids & Transition independently leads end-to-end bid and transition activities, owning commercial outcomes from strategy through award and go-live. This role drives competitive bid strategies, engages directly with clients and vendors, delivers pricing recommendations, and leads transition projects with full accountability for timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction. The role operates within the Professional band, exercising independent judgment and building trusted advisor relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
