Responsibilities
- Operate in the Civil and Criminal Litigation Unit of the Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS), located in Porto Alegre, providing legal support to the central and local credit unions that make up the Sicredi system, overseeing, handling and managing the portfolio of judicial and administrative proceedings under the unit’s responsibility.
- Monitor, handle and manage high-complexity civil judicial and administrative proceedings (collective actions, public civil actions, etc.) together with external law firms, guiding and directing defense, appeals and settlement strategies, and providing technical support to other team members.
- Analyze scenarios and different situations from the perspective of risk materialization in the courts, using interpretation of legislation, doctrine and current case law to provide input and alternative perspectives for decision‑making, assessing risks and proposing viable solutions for internal clients. ...
