Crucially, however complex the question, they’re ready to deliver technicalsolutions to meet customers’ needs via phone, chat, web or email.
What you’ll achieve:
As a Specialist, you will learn the portfolio and assist with quoting, configuration checks, and availability confirmations. You will prepare pricing and product information for Inside Sales representatives and customers. You will build foundational skills in communication, systems, and customer service.
