Supply Chain Management within AVP Strategy Enterprise Comm is currently seeking a Full-time Limited Term Special Projects Coordinator for approximately 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day activities across multiple SCM initiatives to ensure alignment with priorities and timelines
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and tracking tools to monitor progress, deliverables, and key milestones
• Identify, monitor, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to support timely resolution
• Assist with the coordination of project resources, timelines, and deliverables to maintain momentum across initiatives
• Prepare high-quality briefing materials, reports, and presentations for the Senior Director to support decision-making
