Responsibilities
- Distribute, sort, file and design documents and reports related to sales, cash systems, inventory, human resources, and others
- Act as a resource person for regional and head offices, locating and providing various information
- Purchase office supplies and track store expenses
- Oversee store events and operations, including schedule and resource management, team member coordination, meeting documentation, and time and attendance system maintenance
- Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
