**Special Grind Operator – Day Shift**
**Shift:** Monday–Friday, 5:00 am – 1:30 pm (Overtime on Saturdays as required)
**Pay Rate:** $19.00/hr
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Follow instructions to produce products to specification.
+ Operate and oversee multiple machines in the Special Grind area.
+ Use microscopes to inspect products for quality and identify imperfections.
+ Understand and work within the metric system.
+ Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
+ Work flexibly in different areas according to company needs.
+ Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
+ Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
+ Uphold TE values, including Integrity, Accountability, and Teamwork.
