Responsibilities
- Build daily connections with students to maintain motivation and engagement
- Write, review, and maintain compliant IEP documentation
- Personalize educational experiences using curriculum to meet IEP goals
- Monitor student progress and launch timely interventions for disengaged learners
- Coordinate with teachers to implement accommodations and provide meaningful feedback
- Prepare for, schedule, and chair IEP meetings
- Maintain meticulous records to meet state and federal Special Education requirements
- Support proctoring during testing windows, including occasional travel
