JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing assistance and information via phone, web, email, and chat in Spanish and English
- Provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries regarding Electric vehicles (EVs) or automotive inquiries
- Ensure all calls are logged in the system for proper monitoring and closure
