What you will do Deliver exceptional customer service. Perform troubleshooting. Call, collect and analyze customer feedback. Manage customers and support them with a premium experience. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases quickly and efficiently. Consistently meet performance targets and quality standards. What you will bring Excellent Spanish language skills . Very good English communication skills. Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium or luxury brand. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases. Good computer literacy. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
