Spanish Payroll Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

CloudPay is looking for a skilled and motivated Spanish Payroll & Implementation Specialist to join our professional, friendly and supportive team in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of payroll implementations in a fast-paced, global environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the accurate operational and end-to-end processing of Spanish payrolls during the implementation phase. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal standards, while also supporting key internal and SSAE 16 audit requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Take part in the implementation of an in-house payroll platform for Spanish clients, in collaboration with relevant CloudPay departments
• Reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll data
