Link-Worldwide is seeking a Spanish Customer Service Representative (Tier 1) based in Valle de Chalco Solidaridad, Mexico.
In this role, you will provide frontline support to Bitunix's Spanish-speaking users, addressing inquiries about trading products and ensuring an empathetic customer experience.You will manage basic customer requests and escalate complex issues, maintaining high quality standards.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, with at least 1 year in customer service, preferably in fintech.
