Spanish Bilingual Call Center Agent - Night Shift

TechNerds Solutions is seeking a Call Center Representative – Spanish Bilingual to join our team in Quezon City. The role focuses on contacting, following up with, and retrieving medical records from physicians, medical groups, and hospitals.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months Spanish-speaking experience in a BPO, are proficient in Spanish (B1/B2), and possess strong organizational and multitasking skills. Night shift availability and onsite work at Bridgetowne Libis are required.
