Spain Operations Director & GM – Logistics Lead

YunExpress Europe is seeking an Operations Director / General Manager to lead our Spain operations from Madrid. This hands-on role requires coordinating local teams, warehouse and external partners, while aligning with Europe regional management and China headquarters.

The ideal candidate will have substantial logistics/operations experience in Spain, strong ownership, and the ability to drive KPI-based improvements. Fluency in Chinese and Spanish is essential; English is a plus.
