Spain Delivery Manager (La Coruña)

Job Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the daily delivery operations of KA customers in Spain, lead the end-to-end (E2E) delivery fulfillment process, coordinate all relevant internal and external parties, ensure timely, safe and accurate delivery of goods to customers, and independently lead the achievement of monthly and annual KPIs.
• Lead the formulation and implementation of Spain regional delivery plans, optimize the delivery process based on the vigente business situation, and promote the improvement of delivery efficiency and service quality.
• Be responsible for delivery project data monitoring, in-depth analysis and summary, identify potential problems in the delivery process in a timely manner, put forward effective solutions, and promote continuous optimization of delivery operations.
