Spain Customer Success Manager - AI-First SaaS

PlanCraft is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead the Spanish market from onboarding to long-term success, collaborating with a small local team and Hamburg. Based in Madrid, you’ll work on-site several days a week and shape processes to scale customer outcomes while ensuring high satisfaction across the lifecycle.

You will own renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and partner with Product, Sales, and support to drive value for customers and the company.
