Spain Customer Delivery Specialist (Junior) (Arbo)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in completing daily delivery operations for KA customers, cooperate in monitoring the end-to-end (E2E) delivery process, coordinate relevant parties to ensure timely delivery of goods, and help achieve monthly KPIs.
• Assist in the preliminary collation and statistics of delivery data, timely feedback basic problems in the delivery process, and cooperate in problem investigation and optimization.
• Assist in conducting CRFR related work, cooperate in completing weekly communication with KA customers, sort out communication minutes, and assist in optimizing weekly delivery plans.
• Assist in maintaining communication channels with KA customers to ensure timely and accurate information transmission between both parties, and cooperate in completing other delivery-related work assigned by superiors.
