Spain Auto Training Lead – Dealer Network

Geely Auto España is seeking a Training Manager to establish and lead the OEM training system in Spain. The role focuses on dealer network capability development across Sales, After-sales, and Technical functions, ensuring alignment with global standards while localizing training strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in automotive training and be fluent in Spanish and English. Responsibilities include developing training programs, managing technical training, and monitoring dealer performance.
